Benefits of One-to-One Tuition
Who would benefit from one-to-one tuition?
I recommend tutoring as early into the course as possible as a sure way to obtain top grades. Many times parents ask for help six months before the exams are scheduled. Although tremendous progress can be made in that time, for some students, it may be 'too little too late'. This is really sad when the student is very capable and able but has fallen behind through no fault of theirs.
Some scenarios where tutoring would be very effective:
Secondary school students who would benefit from one-to-one support.
A level students who are struggling to understand difficult concepts.
Students who have fallen behind with their studies due to illness.
Primary school children to help them keep up.
Students who need to take an entrance exam.
Homeschooled students.
Students taking GCSE re-sits.
Adult learners who want to go on an access course to then go to University.
Adult learners who have had a break from education.
